			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My low carb weight loss diet seems to be going fairly well. My current weight this morning was at 202.5 pounds. This was after going out and eating two huge pieces of pizza last evening. The problem I am having right now is that I am constantly thinking about what I can eat. This will pass as time goes on, I hope! I am pleased that I am losing weight I just wish it would go a little faster. When people say that it is harder to lose weight as you get older they aren&#8217;t kidding.</p>
<p>My low carb weight loss diet was going real slow for a couple of days, so I started to get a little more active. I know that I am not active enough. I used to run around all the time and now I find myself sitting a lot. I spend way too much time sitting in front of the computer socializing. So this week I started to do a few exercises. I did not get to structured with the exercising just a little bike riding and worked out a little on my daughters exercise machine.</p>
<p>I am thinking I need to build up more muscle to get my metabolism going again. I know that I am not nearly as strong as I once was. I am not trying to bulk up or anything just get some tone to my body as the fat starts to go down. I hate the thought of sagging skin. Its bad enough that with my age I have so many wrinkles. Wrinkles and sagging skin both would be so unattractive.</p>
<p>I am quite thrilled right now though. With the weight loss that I have already achieved I can now get into some of my jeans. I have not been able to do this for months. I may have had to lay on the bathroom floor to get them zipped but at least I was able to get them on. Maybe if I keep wearing my jeans I will feel better about myself. We&#8217;ll see.</p>
<p>I cannot believe I let myself get to this size. I must have been in a fog for the past 15 years. Oh well, it is never too late to make changes for the better. I know losing weight and maintaining my weight is an ongoing challenge for me. This time around however I hope to be healthier in my weight loss venture. I do not want to fall into the anorexic state of mind this time. I know what anorexia does to the body and mind. Been there and done that!</p>
<p>Well my low carb weight loss diet has been working well for me and I am going to keep at it. At least with losing my weight this time I am lucky enough to know what works and what doesn&#8217;t work for me anyway. The low carb weight loss diet is something I can take anywhere.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since I started to track my weight loss it is going fairly well. Unfortunately my husband is not real happy with my lack of wanting to eat junk. It has only been 3 days since I started to take losing weight serious and I have already lost 4 pounds. Only 76 pounds left to lose. Hooray!  I am watching my carbs very closely. My weight loss program means I need to be diligent on insisting that my husband quit feeding me. He constantly wants to take me out to dinner. Something we rarely do.  Now that I am on this weight loss diet that is all he wants to do.</p>
<p>Now today is Valentines Day and he wants to take me out to a nice restaurant.  Thoughtful, but not part of my weight loss plan.  I will probably give in, but I really need to be careful as to what I order to eat. Going on any kind of diet is rough when your spouse shows his love by feeding you. And I love him too and do not want to hurt his feelings. I see this is going to be tougher than I had planned. I have to report later as to  how this goes.</p>
<p>Anyway back to my weight loss. After years of eating so much garbage, I find that I am hungry a lot. I know once my body adjusts to the new way that I am eating, the hunger will diminish. And I must remind myself that hunger is not a bad thing. It means my body will start eating the fat that I already have.  Mind over matter. In fact the first day I started the diet I gained another pound. I went up to 209.5 pounds. Thankfully I over came that mentality and was able to get back on track to losing weight and stay with my low carb diet.</p>
<p>The weekdays are going to be the toughest. My husband is currently unemployed so he prepares dinner for me before I get home from work. His idea of dinner is usually something fried or Hamburger Helper. Definitely not part of my weight loss solution. I am just going to have to stand firm and stay the course.</p>
<p>Oh Oh! Plans have changed again. Now we are staying home and having a spaghetti dinner. Thats OK I have a whole container full of baby leaf spinach so I will make sure that I make the spinach salad the main course and limit my spaghetti to the minor portion. This way I will be able to keep my weight loss going well.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are many <a href="http://weightlossentinel.com" target="_self">quick weight loss solutions</a> on the market. Even though I am looking for rapid weight loss, I also know that many of these quick weight loss solutions can be extremely dangerous to my health. My health has already suffered enough from years of being anorexic. This is not the route that I am willing to take to shed all this weight. Even though I know how to lose weight quickly, I also know that I have to be careful not to fall back into old patterns with many of the weight loss solutions.</p>
<p>I think the biggest quick weight loss solutions advertised today are the detox diets. I have study the Lemon Detox Diet which claims a twenty pound weight loss in two weeks. Losing 20 pounds in two weeks would be wonderful, but I know this is mostly just water weight. As soon as I start to eat again the weight will come right back. The Lemon Detox Diet works mostly on extracting water into the colon which will cause a flushing of the colon from any and all fecal matter. Most of what you are excreting is water weight. I need to get rid of fat not water.</p>
<p>I am still leaning toward a low carb diet as the solution to losing weight quickly and for the long term. The only problem I have had being on the low carbohydrate diet from my past is that I had severe constipation. Course I know a quick remedy for that. Perhaps if I ramp up exercise along with eating a very low carb diet, constipation will not be that big of an issue. One can hope anyway.</p>
<p>Plus with the low carb diet I find that my energy levels seem extremely low at times. To counter this I will need to get more caffeine to stimulate myself. I have also switch from drinking coffee to  drinking Diet Coke in the past ten years. I believe that the diet pop has contributed to my weight gain and stomach bloating.</p>
<p>OK now that I have most of weight loss solution figured out now I need to get the discipline to carry it out. I started out good today with having an egg for breakfast, but then I blew it by having a hamburger and Bugles for dinner. Plus I ate a cookie while typing this post. Hopefully tomorrow I will stay with the program better. Fridays are always a better day for me and my eating. For my quick weight loss solutions, I am going to be hitting the low carb diet hard and incorporating exercise.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finding a weight loss solution that works for me may take a bit of time. As of today&#8217;s date I have escalated my weight gain to 208 pounds. This is a totally unacceptable weight to be. I will be 60 this year and I refuse to go through the rest of my life looking the way I do. My ultimate weight loss goal is going to be 120 pounds. I am not sure if this is going to be doable but I am determined to give it my best shot.</p>
<p>I know that there are hundreds of weight loss programs available, but I need to find a solution to losing weight that fits me and my lifestyle. I know this is a significant weight loss goal especially for someone of my age. My plan is to incorporate exercise and weight loss together. I have already purchased a pedometer to track how many steps a day I am doing. Unfortunately it is winter time where I live and walking outside in the knee deep snow is out of the question. The good thing though is that winter is almost over and I will be able to get out soon. I hope to get up to 10,000 steps a day and use that as my normal steps. I am currently only averaging around 2200 steps so far. I have a long way to go. I also just got a treadmill which I will be using to get my heart rate up and build up my stamina. Once the weather clears I will be riding my bike outdoors as often as possible.</p>
<p>Currently I am thinking of using a low carb diet for my weight loss. I had been living the low carbohydrate life for around 25 years when I decided I was going to try and eat like everyone else. Well you see where that type of diet got me. Up to 208 pounds. When I graduated high school in 1968 I weighed 118 pounds and by the time I was thirty I weighed 110 pounds. But the problem was I also used diet aids to lose weight with and I also became anorexic to the point of 93 pounds. It was a long road to give myself permission to eat, but then I went way to the opposite end of the spectrum and became obese.</p>
<p>Finding a weight loss solution for me has not happened yet, but I know what does work for me. I just need to make sure I keep my weight loss program healthy now. I can use the low carb diet but I must also make sure that I am getting the right exercise to build muscle and get more flexible. I may not lose weight over night but I will have the time to lose weight the right way as long as I am taking care of my health along with the weight loss.</p>
